Authorities say the investigation began when a female correctional officer at the Milwaukee County Jail reported seeing the man come out of the women's locker room. Investigators say they found recording equipment in the man's locker that was recording from a wireless camera planted in the women's changing area.

The man has been placed on administrative leave. Detectives are trying to determine whether there were any other victims.
