Bartlett

• Phillip Huetter, 41, of the 100 block of Seventh, Bartlett, was arrested around 11:58 a.m. Jan. 29 at Jones Drive and Second Avenue and charged with local ordinance disorderly conduct. His court date is Feb. 18.

• Eric J. Dutcher Jr., 18, of the 1700 block of Mission Hills Drive, Elgin, was arrested around 12:50 a.m. Jan. 27 at Sixth Avenue and Laurie Lane and charged with local ordinance possession of marijuana. His court date is March 10.

• Thomas V. Damato, 21, of the 1600 block of Keating Street, Glendale Heights, was arrested around 11 p.m. Jan. 25 at South Bartlett Road and Pipers Drive and charged with local ordinance possession of marijuana. His court date is March 10.

• Thieves stole jewelry valued at $8,500 Jan. 28 out of a dresser drawer at a house on the 200 block of Dallas Drive.

• Vandals kicked open a rear door Jan. 27 on the 200 block of Wayne Court and sprayed black paint in every room at two units. Damage was estimated at $19,000.

Elk Grove Village

• James M. Pace, 33, of the 3900 block of West Filmore, Chicago, was arrested around 4 a.m. Jan. 16 on the 1600 block of Oakton Street and charged with criminal trespass. His court date is Feb. 28.

• Deatrice M. McLaurin, 28, of the 900 block of West North Avenue, Villa Park, was arrested around 4:35 p.m. Jan. 18 at 801 Meacham Road and charged with retail theft. Her court date is Feb. 28.

• Kent M. Evans, 21, of the 900 block of Leicester Road, Elk Grove Village, was arrested around 3 p.m. Jan. 22 on the 800 block of Arlington Heights Road and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His court date is March 12.

• Thieves stole a 2006 Trailmobile trailer around 11:15 p.m. Jan. 13 out of a lot at 800 Mark St. Value was estimated at $11,500.

• Vandals scratched the entire length of the passenger's side of a 2005 Mercedes E500 between 2 and 9 a.m. Jan. 19 on the 900 block of Ridge Square. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

• Thieves stole $500 around 5:35 p.m. Jan. 20 out of an office assistant's mailbox at Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery, 800 Biesterfield Road. The deposits were to be taken to the bank.

• Burglars kicked open a door between 8:40 a.m. and 2:04 p.m. Jan. 22 at a house on the 0-100 block of Woodcrest and stole several pieces of jewelry.

Hanover Park

• Astul O. Juarez, 21, of the 1700 block of Evergreen, Hanover Park, was arrested around 10:45 a.m. Jan. 29 on the 1600 block of Park and charged with criminal trespass.

• Jose A. Hernandez, 20, of the 2300 block of Glendale Terrace, Hanover Park, was arrested around 1:29 p.m. Jan. 28 at his home and charged with criminal trespass and consumption of alcohol by a minor.

• Torrance T. McWhorter, 36, of the 200 block of Astor, Hanover Park, was arrested at his home around 9:44 a.m. Jan. 28 and charged with battery.

• Robert M. Schultz, 29, of the 4N500 block of Wiltshire, Wayne, was arrested around 4:50 p.m. Jan. 25 at Barrington Road and Lake Street and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

• Natalia J. Vargas, 21, of the 2800 block of Kenneth, Chicago, was arrested around 8 p.m. Jan. 25 at Ontarioville and Lake streets and charged with driving with license suspended and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Thieves stole a cellphone valued at more than $500 around 11 a.m. Jan. 28 on the 1800 block of Whitney.

Schaumburg

• Donald J. Gardner, 20, of the 800 block of Leahy Circle, Des Plaines, was arrested around 2:20 p.m. Jan. 22 at Macy's in Woodfield Mall and charged with retail theft. Reports said a security agent saw him take a shirt. His court date is March 5.

• Mark Antonio Dibuono, 37, of the 6N000 Keeney Road, Roselle, was arrested around 4:50 p.m. Jan. 18 at Target, 2621 W. Schaumburg Road, and charged with retail theft. Reports said a security agent took two USB ports. His court date is March 5.

• Joshua R. Little, 19, of the 1100 block of Brentwood Court, Hanover Park, was arrested around 3:15 p.m. Jan. 16 at Claires in Woodfield Mall and charged with retail theft. Reports said a security agent saw him take two pairs of earrings. His court date is March 5.

• Tiffany L. Crase-Rhodes, 29, of the 0-100 block of Woodlake Boulevard, Gurnee, was arrested Jan. 26 at Sephora in Woodfield Mall and charged with retail theft. Report said a security agent saw her take six cosmetic items. Her court date is Feb. 14.

Deshaun D. Rhodes, 18, of the 2500 block of West 63rd Street, Chicago, was arrested around 2:40 p.m. Jan. 19 at Hollister in Woodfield Mall and charged with retail theft. Reports said a security agent saw Rhodes take two sweatpants. A court date is Feb. 10.

Streamwood

• Karyl A. Janke, 22, of the 700 block of Venice Court, Schaumburg, was arrested around 1:20 a.m. Jan. 22 after a traffic stop at Beverly Lane and South Bartlett Road and charged with possession of marijuana. Her court date is Feb. 18.
