Update: The same old nucleus is producing the usual success for the Spurs, who had the second-best record in the West heading into Tuesday’s game at Houston. PG Tony Parker is the top scorer at 18.1 points, followed by PF Tim Duncan (14.8) and SG Manu Ginobili (12.1). SG Kawhi Leonard is sidelined with a broken right hand, while C Tiago Splitter is out with a sprained shoulder. The Spurs rank sixth in scoring (104.7 ppg) and fourth in points allowed (96.9). The Bulls have gone 2-2 during their last four trips to San Antonio.
