Heavy sound: Tantric, a hard-rock band that incorporates elements of grunge and metal into its sound, will perform at the Penny Road Pub, 545 Penny Road, Barrington, this weekend. The band formed in the late 1990s when members of the defunct post-grunge band Days of the New joined with singer/frontman Hugo Ferreira. Ferreira has been the sole constant in the group since.
