Update: Talk about bad injury luck. The Lakers (16-25) have five guards out of the lineup — Kobe Bryant, Steve Nash, Xavier Henry, Jordan Farmar and Steve Blake. Still, they won at Toronto 112-106 on Sunday, with guard Nick Young scoring 29 points. That was the Lakers’ second straight win, but before that they lost 12 of 13. Young is averaging 16.4 points, followed by C Pau Gasol at 16.2 and SG Jodie Meeks at 14.0. The Lakers are the league’s second-worst defensive team, giving up 105.9 ppg.
