Grayslake North High School hosts a performance by certified hypnotherapist and comedy hypnotist Cheryl Shagena on Thursday, Jan. 23, to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project, a news release stated. The show begins at 7 p.m. in the auxiliary gym. Tickets are $7. The school's psychology classes are bringing back Shagena for the second year in a row as part of their study of consciousness and its variations. Psychology students will meet with her during the school day to discuss therapeutic uses of hypnosis. The show is rated "PG" and is family-friendly and safe for all.
