A Loving Company earns certification from Community Health Accreditation Program

A Loving Company (ALC) Home Health Care is proud to be endorsed by the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). ALC seeks to ‘welcome you home', and equally important, assist you in being able to remain at home. The philosophy of ALC Home Health is to work respectfully, holistically and collaboratively with clients and their families, caregivers and multidisciplinary team in order to provide quality health care within one's home. Founded in 2006 by visionary leader Anthony Siciliano, ALC is today, a leading health resource for the Chicagoland area.

CHAP is an independent, not-for-profit, accrediting body for community-based health care organizations. Created in 1965, CHAP was the first to recognize the need and value for accreditation in community-based care. CHAP's purpose is to define and advance the highest standards and CMS Quality Standards.

The CHAP accreditation proves the ALC mission of “providing compassionate and quality health care service within one's home.” The thorough CHAP accreditation process utilizes the CHAP Standards of Excellence that are driven by considerations of management, quality, client outcomes, adequate resources and long term viability.
