Moylan holds public safety meeting

State Rep. Marty Moylan will host a meeting of fire and police officials Jan. 23 to discuss public safety legislation.

The Des Plaines Democrat created a public safety advisory committee as an outlet for residents to voice concerns and learn more about local and state proposals.

“As Illinois continues to focus on finding solutions to its fiscal issues, it is important not to neglect public safety,” Moylan said in a statement.

The meeting runs from 6 to 7 p.m. at his constituent office, 24 S. Des Plaines River Road in Des Plaines.

For more information, contact Moylan’s constituent office at (847) 635-6821 or email staterepmoylan@gmail.com.
