Daily Herald report

The village of Bartlett has launched a new mobile app where users can report issues like snow buildup or damaged mailboxes.

The program is available for Androids, iPhones and iPads. The app, GORequest, enables residents to submit pictures of the issue and track the status of the village's response.

The app can be downloaded for free by searching for "GORequest" in the Apple Store or Google Play for Androids.

For tips on how to use the software, visit village.bartlett.il.us.
