Elgin

• Anjelica E. Blair, 22, an Elgin resident, was charged with felony criminal damage to property this week, after police said Blair took a relative's car Sunday and used it to repeatedly ram a vehicle parked in the 300 block of Lovell Street. Police reports also said Blair eventually got out of the relative's car and threw a brick into another car's windshield. Bail and court information were not available Monday.

• Jason D. Pearson, 36, a homeless man living in Elgin, was charged this week with delivery of a controlled substance after police said he delivered heroin to an undercover police officer in July. Bail and court information were not available Monday.

• Larry D. Holling, 50, of Elgin, was charged this week with residential burglary after police said he walked into someone else's apartment Sunday and stole a wallet and a VCR. Bail and court information were not available Monday.
