Baseball, softball registration:
Registration is open for the Lake Zurich Baseball and Softball Association. To register, visit Lzbsa.org. The league hosts one event where participants are able to register in person on Saturday, Jan. 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Ela Public Library, 275 Mohawk Trail, Lake Zurich. After players are registered, they will be evaluated and placed on teams. The evaluation day for baseball players is Saturday, Feb. 1. Softball evaluations are Saturday, Feb. 8. All evaluations are at Main Street Sports, 143 E. Main St., Lake Zurich.
