Aurora University to host four open houses

Aurora University will host four open houses in January for prospective students. During the information sessions, faculty and staff will provide information about degree options, course offerings and admission procedures. Financial aid counselors also will be available.

These admission events will be held in January:

Ÿ An open house for the adult degree completion programs will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at University Banquet Hall. Take the next step in your career. Complete your bachelor's degree in a flexible format built around your busy life. Admission, financial aid and faculty representatives will be available to speak with you and answer questions. Bring your transcripts for an immediate evaluation of prior college credit. Register at aurora.edu/adultopenhouse.

Ÿ An open house for incoming freshmen will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, at University Banquet Hall. Inspire a love of learning in the next generation and get started on the path to becoming a teacher. Explore Aurora University's education programs at a special evening for incoming freshmen. Discover AU's NCATE-accredited education programs, talk with faculty and current students, tour the Institute for Collaboration which houses AU's education programs and learn about admission requirements and financial aid opportunities. Ÿ An information session on the master's degree in science in applied behavior analysis will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at University Banquet Hall. Equip yourself with the knowledge to make a difference in the lives of others with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Aurora University. Meet the faculty to discuss your goals and learn how the ABA program can help you advance your career. Admission representatives and financial aid counselors will be available to answer your questions. Register at aurora.edu/abainfo.

Ÿ An information session on the doctorate of social work will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Perry Theatre Atrium. Explore Aurora University's Doctor of Social Work program to learn how you can advance your career with a clinical doctorate. Graduate faculty and admission representatives will be available to answer your questions. Evening and weekend course options are offered. Register at aurora.edu/dwsinfo.
