The Chicago Sun-Times reported Marshall turned himself over to officers at a Cook County criminal courthouse on Chicago's South Side.

Already facing charges of first-degree murder are 16-year-old Anthony Lee and 21-year-old Diante Lamont Coakley. Authorities say Casara was shot when a drug deal went wrong.

The Calumet City girl was 5½months pregnant. Her baby survived but is struggling for life in a hospital.
