Kane County

• Tyler R. Palmer, 20, of the 100 block of North First Street, Sycamore, was charged with attempting to defraud a drug screening test, a felony, at 3:31 p.m. Dec. 11 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles, according to a sheriff's report. Palmer admitted to bringing some of his older "clean" urine in a condom to the test after an administrator noticed the sample he provided was too cold. He also was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of DeKalb on charges of criminal damage to property and cited for a probation violation from a 2012 aggravated battery charge, the report said.

• Jeanne T. Weinstock, 47, of the 35W300 block of Fox River Drive near St. Charles, was charged with battery and possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana at 10:58 p.m. Saturday after a fight in the 6N800 block of Aurora Avenue near St. Charles, according to a sheriff's report. Weinstock got into an argument over a radio song at a going away party she was attending and is accused of fighting with another woman. Her husband, Richard L. Weinstock, 44, also is accused of punching a woman and is charged with battery and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a sheriff's report.

• Someone drove off from a gas station on the 100 block of East Plank Road in Burlington at about 9:25 a.m. Saturday without paying for $37.85 worth of gas, according to a sheriff's report.

• Arsenio J. Tillis, 24, of the 400 block of Constitution Drive, Aurora, was arrested on a domestic battery warrant out of Kane County after authorities were called to McClaran Avenue and Jericho Road near Aurora at 9 a.m. Friday for a suspicious vehicle. Tillis also is a registered child sex offender, the report said.
