Book notes: Pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer to sign his book

Ÿ Pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer, co-author of the book “The Art of French Pastry,” will be on hand to discuss his book and give a cooking demonstration beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, at the Vernon Area Public Library District, 300 Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire.
