Time to hire disabled in Elgin

The unfair treatment of the disabled in the workforce is a problem that must be addressed in Elgin. For much too long we have treated them as incapable and insufficient, and we must start treating them with the rights and respects afforded to the rest of us.

To begin, the employment of the disabled has been shown to have positive effects on the economy, In addition, disabled employees are often the hardest working people at their place of work.

Furthermore, disabled employees have often boosted the moral of other workers and even saved small businesses on some occasions by inspiring workers to do their best.

In conclusion, disabled employees have shown time and time again that they have a positive influence on the work and economic environment around them.
