Probation for man who videotaped child in Arlington Heights

A Cook County judge sentenced a Chicago man to 30 months probation last month after he pleaded guilty to videotaping a girl in an Arlington Heights supermarket, court records show.
Kevin Tao, 24, was also ordered to pay $719 in fines, records show.
Tao, of the first block of Monroe Street, videotaped the 9-year-old girl under her clothes, prosecutors said. He had faced up to five years in prison.
