Culinary students cook with food pantry staples

Dillon Sandberg of Libertyville was on the winning team at the inaugural Food Pantry Challenge, an event that challenged culinary students to make great dishes using only groceries from a food pantry. Nearly 28 students competed, creating 100 unique recipes.
