Editor's note: This story was updated Nov. 24, 2014 to include the outcome of the case, including that Charlise Williams was acquitted of the charges.

Three women were charged with solicitation of a sex act during a sting staged Thursday, Aurora police said.

Authorities on Monday said the women were charged after an undercover male police officer responded to advertisements on websites known to advertise illegal sexual services and was offered sexual acts for money.

Charged with prostitution are Dashawna S. Conley, 43, of Milwaukee; Jennifer L. Harmon, 34, of Blue Island; and Charlise D. Williams, 43, of Chicago.

Williams was found not guilty by a jury on Oct. 28, 2014. Conley and Harmon both entered Kane County's Deferred Prosecution Program in February and July, respectively.

Conley also was served with an outstanding arrest warrant from Montgomery County on charges of driving without a license and assault.

Police seized three vehicles during the operation. In order to retrieve them, the arrestees had to pay $500 and costs for towing and storage.
