4 sheets phyllo (from a 16-ounce box)
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1-2 tablespoons Twizzler-infused vodka
1 Twizzler, chopped fine
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-cup mini-muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Lay 1 phyllo sheet on a cookie sheet; brush with melted butter. Top with another sheet, brush with butter; repeat ending with phyllo sheet. With a biscuit cutter, cut into 12 circles and fit into the muffin tins. Bake 6 minutes or until crisp. Set aside to cool.
In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese with vodka, 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice and half the lemon zest until well combined. Pipe (or spoon) into cooled phyllo cups. Garnish with remaining lemon zest and Twizzler bits.
Serves four to six.
