59th District state Rep. Carol Sente will sponsor a Cellphones for Soldiers Drive to connect servicemen and women with their families. For every donated gently used cell that is valued at more than $5, a soldier deployed overseas will receive up to two-and-a-half hours of free talk time. Cellphones can be dropped off from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the week at Sente's full-time constituent service office, 430 N. Milwaukee Ave., Lincolnshire. Call (847) 478-9909 or email RepSente@gmail.com for more information or to arrange for a pickup or drop off.
