• Jason Kyle Edwards, 33, of the 34W700 block of North James Drive, St. Charles, was charged with violation of an order of protection and disorderly conduct at about 6:50 p.m. Sunday after a disturbance on the 34W700 block of North James Drive near St. Charles, according to a sheriff's report.

• A motorist reported $302 damage to a Mini Cooper when it was struck with a golf ball at about 11 a.m. Oct. 26 near Hughes Road and Herrington Drive near Geneva, according to a sheriff's report. The motorist and the man who hit the ball exchanged information, but he later refused to pay, prompting the incident to be reported to authorities Monday.

• About $250 damage was caused to a car tire after a freezer door fell out of the back of a pickup truck near Route 38 and La Fox Road near Elburn at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to a sheriff's report.
