Conley's body later was found on the ground in a commercial area, and an autopsy revealed he died of a heroin overdose.

State's Attorney James Glasgow says Harris also pleaded guilty to four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance in a separate case, and must serve half of a 13 -year sentence for that conviction.

The sentences in the two cases will be served concurrently.
