Turkey to go, please

Serve an impressive Thanksgiving spread without turning on the oven. Niche has turkeys to go. Cook them yourself or pick up the whole spread ready to eat. Sides include buttery yukon gold potato puree, roasted sweet potatoes with toasted walnuts, brussels sprouts prepared with parsnips, chestnuts and Nueske's bacon, fresh cranberry sauce with orange and sweet sherry, cornbread and sausage stuffing and pumpkin and pecan pie. Burritos at Pancheros

A new quick-serve burrito joint — Pancheros Mexican Grill — recently opened with burritos, salad bowls and burrito bowls starting at $6.35; chicken, steak, carnitas or veggie tacos for $4.95; or quesadillas start at $4.25. Top it all off with a hot sauce like the Flavolcano — a combination of seven spicy peppers for smoky, smooth taste. Pancheros is open from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily.
