• Humberto Santellanes, 40, of the 1100 block of Rural Street, Aurora, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, DUI, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration greater than .08 and improper lane use after a traffic stop at 11:56 p.m. Oct. 19 on Mountain Street near Farnsworth Road near Aurora, according to a sheriff's report. A breath test showed Santellanes' blood alcohol concentration to be .16, which is twice the legal threshold.

• A MacBook Pro was stolen from an office at the Cornerstone Church, 41W170 Russell Road, Plato Center, between 8:45 and 11:45 a.m. Sunday, according to a sheriff's report.
