Bring old drugs to Hoffman Estates police

Hoffman Estates residents can drop off unwanted prescription drugs, including controlled substances, at a prescription drug disposal event hosted by police and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, at the Hoffman Estates Police Department, 411 W. Higgins Road. Unwanted pills can be disposed with or without containers. No liquids or needles will be accepted. For information, contact Sgt.
