Baum Property Management earns top industry designation

Baum Property Management recently joined the elite group of community association management companies who have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI).

Baum is only one of 150 management companies nationwide, seven in Illinois, who have earned the highest level of professional recognition in the community association field.

Aurora-based Baum Property Management currently provides services to more than 80 community associations totaling over 11,600 living units in 19 cities across Kane, DuPage and Will counties totaling more than. The company is led by Michael D. Baum, President, a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). Staffing includes 10 full time licensed property managers, in house accounting professionals, property inspectors and front desk customer service staff.
