Ÿ Cody M. Meyer, 19, of the 200 block of South Main Street, Burlington, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and having an obstructed windshield after a traffic stop at 3:56 p.m. Monday at Railroad and South streets near Burlington, according to a sheriff’s report. The deputy pulled Meyer over because a decoration was hanging from his rear view mirror. The deputy smelled an odor of burned marijuana and found a pipe in the glove box, the report said.

Ÿ A woman who lived at a rented home in the 900 block of South Sumner Avenue near Aurora broke all the windows and left the area, according to a sheriff’s report. The incident was reported at 8:48 p.m. Tuesday.
