2 sheets (9-by-14-inches) phyllo dough, thawed

6-7 tablespoons melted butter

Crumbled blue cheese

Celery, sliced thin

White ground pepper

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a piece of parchment paper; brush with melted butter. Place a second sheet on top of the first and brush with melted butter. Fold the long sides of the sheets toward middle. Then fold each long side again toward the middle. Cut down the middle with a pizza cutter so you have 2 pieces 14-inches-by-1-inches.

With the pizza cutter, cut equal sided triangles; it will look like a zigzag. Carefully place on prepared cooking sheet. Top each triangle with 1/8 teaspoon crumbled blue cheese. Top cheese with a thin slice of celery and sprinkle with white ground pepper.

Bake 12 minutes. Cool on cooking rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
