½ stick (4 tablespoons) butter
1 bag (10.5 ounces) plus 1 cup mini marshmallows

¾ cup orange marmalade
8 cups crisped rice cereal
Melt butter in a large pot on the grill. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Add marmalade and stir until well incorporated. Stir in crisped rice cereal until we'll coated.
Spray a 9-by-13-inch or 9-by-11-inch pan with nonstick spray and spoon mixture in. With a piece of parchment paper flatten in pan and place in fridge for a couple hours.
When ready to serve, cut into squares or use a football cookie cutter like we do to make fun game day shapes.
