1 cup watermelon juice

1 cup club soda

1 shot bourbon

Squeeze of fresh lime

Ice

For the watermelon juice, you can use a juicer if you have one, if not cut up watermelon into cubes and place in cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice.

Transfer juice to a small pitcher; add club soda, bourbon and lime juice. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Serves two to four.
