Join in Dundee Lions Candy Day Oct. 12

Did you know that Lions provide glasses for children and adults when they are unable to afford these services? Thousands of Americans go blind every year. Even more develop serious, uncorrectable vision loss.

The Lions of Illinois would like to stop preventable blindness with your help.

Lions Of Illinois Candy Day is on Saturday, October 12 and the members of the Dundee Township Lions Club will be out in the community in front of stores to raise donations to fund programs to fight preventable blindness and provide vision & hearing services to men, women and children in Illinois.

You can show your support of the Lions by accepting a famous candy roll from one of the members dressed in the Lions bright yellow apron and dropping your donation in a Candy Day canister. Giving a donation will help to continue the services that have made a world of difference in the lives of people with vision & hearing loss since 1952.

All funds raised are used for local Lions Club and the Lions of Illinois Foundation programs and services to the vision & hearing impaired. The Lions are a charitable non-profit service organization.
