First District 214 career night Wednesday

Northwest Suburban High School District 214 will host its 10th annual Career Nights at three high schools in October and November. Each night will focus on different career clusters highlighting various professions in each category.

The first Career Night, “Careers in Arts & Communication/Human Services,” will be held at Elk Grove High School on Wednesday, Oct. 9.

The second, “Careers in Health & Natural Resources,” will take place at Buffalo Grove High School on Tuesday, Oct. 22. The third, “Careers in Engineering/Industrial Technology/Business & Computers,” will take place at Wheeling High School on Wednesday, Nov. 13.

All events will begin at 7 p.m. with on-site registration beginning at 6:30 p.m. There will be two breakout sessions and a networking session, and each program will conclude at 9 p.m.
