Meet the Palatine Twp. road district staff

The Palatine Township Road District is holding its first Meet & Greet to provide Palatine Township residents an opportunity to meet the team that is responsible for the upkeep of the township’s roads. Come between noon and 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, to the Road District office, 530 N. Smith St., Palatine.

“You will be able to tour the district office, garage and learn some interesting facts about the facility,” said Highway Commissioner Tom Kaider. “We’ll be holding a forum to give visitors the chance to ask questions and voice their concerns. Everyone who attends will be able to enjoy festive food as well as drink and a free gift.”

Palatine Township covers a 6-mile by 6-mile area south of Lake-Cook Road in Palatine, north of Central Avenue in Schaumburg, east of Huntington Boulevard in Hoffman Estates and west of Wilke Road in Arlington Heights.
