The College of Lake County Foundation will induct its 2013 Lake County and Waukegan high schools sports hall of fame classes Thursday, Oct. 17 at Midlane Golf Resort in Wadsworth.

The Lake County sports hall of fame inductees are:

• Danyelle Aber (Warren, gymnastics)

• Wilbur Borrero (Antioch/Waukegan, cross country/wrestling, athlete/coach)

• Pete Campbell (Warren, tennis/wrestling coach)

• Mark Deady (Stevenson, cross country/track)

• Gary Edge (Round Lake, girls basketball/baseball/football, coach)

• Cyndie Donner Flegner (Round Lake, basketball/volleyball)

• Jerry Grunska (Northern Officials Association)

• Craig Hunter (Libertyville, boys and girls tennis, coach)

• Fritz Kazlausky (Grant, baseball/basketball/football, coach)

• Lester Long (North Chicago, basketball)

• Courtney DeBolt Slinko (Stevenson, volleyball/basketball)

• Robin Straus (Lake Forest, gymnastics/volleyball)

• Jon Wasik (Mundelein, gymnastics)

The Waukegan sports hall of fame inductees are:

• Rob Gust (swimming)

• Tom Kerr (golf)

• Vince Pierce (baseball, track)

• TJ Rajcevich (baseball, basketball, football)

• Mike Uremovich (baseball)

• Paul Waidzunas (baseball)

The event starts at 5:30 p.m. and includes silent auction, raffle and door prizes. Tickets cost $50. To purchase tickets, please make check payable to CLC Foundation and mail to CLC Foundation, 1935 W. Washington, Grayslake, IL 60030. Questions can be directed to Bill DeVore: (847) 543-2646.
