Schaumburg tops Buffalo Grove in OT
Schaumburg 2, Buffalo Grove 1 (OT): BG's Zach Masciopinto and Schaumburg's Alan Santana scored in regulation, and the host Saxons got the golden goal from Phil Minecci, with Santana assisting, in Mid-Suburban League boys soccer on Tuesday.
Hersey 2, Rolling Meadows 1: A pair of second-half goals helped host Hersey rally from a 1-0 deficit and claim an MSL victory.
Conant 1, Prospect 0: Joey Connolly had a second-half goal with an assist from Ejike Okpa, and goalkeeper Patryk Openchowski had 6 saves to earn a shutout for host Conant.
Fremd 3, Hoffman Estates 0: The visiting Vikings came up with all three of their goals in the second half as keepers Will Lefevre and Dylan Fisher shared in the shutout.
Barrington 0, Wheeling 0: Neither team scored in a battle of top divisional teams hosted by the Wildcats.
