Ÿ Matthew A. Galloway, 26, of the 500 block of South Harve Street, Plano, was charged with DUI and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or greater after a traffic stop at 11:29 p.m. Thursday near Ashe and Galena roads near Sugar Grove, according to a sheriff’s report. A driver called in a report of erratic driving. Galloway failed field tests and registered a .149 in a breath test, the report said.
Ÿ Tires on two vehicles on the 200 block of South Street near Burlington were slashed between 1:30 a.m. and 2 a.m. Sept. 10, according to a sheriff’s report.
