Instincts tell us: beware of Syria

A nation's behavior is simular to that of a person. The Seven Deadly Sins of Pride, Greed, Gluttony, Sloth, Lust, Envy, Wrath, apply to both an individual as well as his country. It appears our tendency to enter warfare is usually due to our inability to avoid the most deadly, particularly Pride.
