Chicago Fire at Seattle Sounders FC

When: 9 p.m. at CenturyLink Field

TV: NBC Sports Network

Scouting the Fire: The Fire (10-10-5, 35 points) can make up for Sunday’s disappointing draw with a win Saturday, but the Fire is 0-4-3 all-time against Seattle and just 2-6-3 on the road this season in MLS play. The Fire will be without midfielders Arevalo Rios and Joel Lindpere due to national-team duty.

Scouting the Seattle Sounders: The Sounders (13-8-4, 43 points) have the biggest home crowds in the league and are 7-1-3 in front of them this season. The Sounders also have won five of their last six games. Brad Evans probably will miss the game due to injury, and forwards Clint Dempsey and Eddie Johnson are away for World Cup qualifiers.

Next: at Toronto FC, 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at BMO Field
