Lake County hosts a seminar on bid opportunities for the $100 million courthouse expansion at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3, at the Greenbelt Cultural Center, 1215 N. Green Bay Road, North Chicago. The work involves construction of a nine-story court tower in Waukegan, a tunnel connecting the new building with the existing courthouse and other projects.
