The event is hosted by Republican township organizations in Barrington, Elk Grove, Hanover, Schaumburg and Wheeling townships. Sponsors say they have a "big tent" philosophy and welcome Republicans, Tea Party Patriots, independents and deficit-conscious Democrats.

The ticket price will increase to $25 on the day of the event.
