Ÿ Deputies from the McHenry County Sheriff’s Office broke up an underage drinking party over the weekend in Crystal Lake and cited nine people in connection with the party. The party took place Sunday on the 8400 block of Huntley Road, and Ernesto Figueroa, 23, of the same address, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, which is a misdemeanor, according to a police report. Bail was set at $1,500 for Figueroa and he is due in court Sept. 19 in Woodstock. The following were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor: Juan J. Menjivar, 19, of the 5500 block of Savy Drive, Lake in the Hills; Daniel Diaz, 19, of the 5400 block of Alexandria Drive, Lake in the Hills; Maritza Bueno, 18, of the 400 block of Blackhawk Avenue, Carpentersville; Vivian S. Sanchez-Flores, 20, of the 400 block of Brandy Drive, Crystal Lake; and four juveniles from Carpentersville. Their bail was set at $120 and all are due in court Sept. 16 in Woodstock.
