While shooting an assignment in a barn at the Lake County Fair, the rain came down fast an furious. I noticed these two boys dancing in the rain and turned my attention to them. You ever know when a good moment will arise. The photo was published in the weekly Perspective column.

While photographing Swedish Days this year in Geneva, a thunderous storm rolled through and everything was shut down. As I sat in my truck filing a few storm pictures, I saw these two young ladies racing down the sidewalk. It was evident that even though they were getting soaked, they were having fun.
