Buffalo Grove seeks ‘Heart’ nominations

The Buffalo Grove Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for nominations for the 2013 Heart of Buffalo Grove Awards that will be awarded to community volunteers and caring individuals in the following categories — Community, Senior and Youth Volunteer awards, a Teach & Inspire award and awards for Business Philanthropy, going “Above and Beyond” and a group award — Together We Can. The Heart of Buffalo Grove Awards will be presented at a Celebration Gala Event on Saturday, Nov. 23, at the Arboretum Club in Buffalo Grove. Nominations can be made on the chamber’s website — buffalogrovechamber.org. Forms can also be downloaded from the website or are available at the Buffalo Grove Village Hall and the chamber office (50½ Raupp Blvd. — behind village hall).
