PHILADELPHIA -- Cubs catcher Dioner Navarro and left fielder Thomas Neal both left in the seventh inning of Wednesday's game against the Phillies with injuries.

Neal left first when he appeared to hurt his right arm trying to throw out John Mayberry Jr. at second base. Neal instantly grabbed his throwing arm and was down for several minutes before he walked off the field. Junior Lake moved to left and David DeJesus came into the game to play center.
