Hoffman Estates man charged after recording under girl’s skirt
A Hoffman Estates man was held on $70,000 bond on Sunday after police said he made a recording under a little girl’s skirt in a Palatine store.
Juan Lara-Ramirez, 30 of Hoffman Estates, was arrested Friday and after filming under an 8-year-old girl’s skirt at a Wal-Mart at 1555 N. Rand Road in Palatine, according to Cook County court records.
He was charged with unauthorized video recording and live video transmission.
Lara-Ramirez will next appear in court on Tuesday.
