The 1500 square foot office has many interesting features with a client reception area, private and large conference room, individual offices and many realtor work station areas.
Broker/owner Frank Richier strategized that this local landmark is extremely desirable in order to service clients in the area and to accommodate the growth of the real estate staff. Richier said: " This is a superb location close to Spring Hill Mall, the expressway, Kane and McHenry county properties and provides us with a great deal of space for many new agents to join us".
As for the community, Brokerocity, Inc. provides the opportunity for prospective buyers and sellers to walk into our office and discuss their real estate needs with us. While the company uses all the state-of-the art technologies, Richier thinks that the ambient storefront office adds a more personal touch which is so important in our computer world.
