Elgin

• Christopher Mcgaha, 21, of the 500 block of S. Christina Lane, Round Lake Beach, was arrested at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Kingman Court, Elgin, and charged with theft, burglary and possession of a controlled substance, according to a police report. Police said they were called about a vehicle being burglarized and found Mcgaha in a nearby garage.

• Margarita Feliciano, 68, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Wednesday outside a restaurant on the 0-100 block of South Grove Avenue and charged with public indecency. Feliciano, who is homeless, is accused of exposing herself, according to police, and she was not wearing a top when officers arrived.

• Darlene Scott, 46, of the 1200 block of Sherman Avenue, Elgin, was charged with retail theft Wednesday. She is accused of taking a bottle of ketchup and two candy bars about 1 p.m. from a store on the 600 block of Villa Street, police said.

• Nathan D. Morley, 31, of Elgin, was charged with being in possession of an air rifle -- a city ordinance violation -- at about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, according to a police report.
