Val Warner to co-host ‘The View’ Tuesday
Val Warner, co-host of ABC 7’s “Windy City LIVE,” is getting a chance to sit at a national talk show table.
Warner was invited to co-host ABC’s daytime talk show “The View” Tuesday. While they have been rotating lately, the show’s current hosts are Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar and Hoffman Estates native Sherri Shepherd.
The show airs live at 10 a.m., following “Windy City LIVE” locally.
This will be the first time Warner has been to New York.
“Windy City LIVE” has been a top-rated show since it replaced “The Oprah Winfrey Show” in 2011.
ABC 7 News anchor Linda Yu will fill in for Warner on Monday and anchor Cheryl Burton will cover Tuesday.
