• Tito J. Aguilar, of the 1100 block of Birch Street, Elgin, was arrested at 9 p.m. Tuesday and charged with possession of cocaine and suspected delivery of a controlled substance, according to a police report. Police stopped Aguilar while he was driving on the 400 block of South Liberty St. He had no valid driver's license, and when police searched his car they found approximately 1.9 grams of cocaine in separate bags, which indicated the potential for sale, the report said. He admitted to possession of the vehicle and the cocaine. Police went to his home where his wife consented to have police search the apartment. They found a substance they believed to be cocaine weighing approximately 4.4 grams and items that indicated the sale of cocaine.
